WALL INSURANCE POLICY TERMS & CONDITION
Policy Overview:
This NO-QUESTION-ASKED Insurance Policy is provided by Western Space to customers who purchase wallpapers from Western Space. The policy offers complete wall damage protection for a period of one year from the date of wallpaper purchase. It covers wall damage caused by wallpaper removal, replacement, defects in the wallpaper material or any other type of damage caused.
Please send photo of wall after installation of wallpaper by emailing on info@westernspace.in or on our registered mobile number 8595012119 through WhatsApp.
Policy Coverage and Period:
Start Date: The date of wallpaper purchase.
End Date: 12 months from the Start Date.
Customer will be informed through by an email about the policy confirmation after the order confirmation.
Material Defects: If wallpaper defects, such as bubbling, tearing, or adhesive failure, cause damage to the wall during the insured period.
This customers are eligible for a repair Upto one-year.
Notify Western Space within 30 days of discovering the damage by emailingsupport@westernspace.
or calling on 8595012119.
Provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) and photos of the damage to the wall and the wallpaper.
Upon review, Western Space will assess the claim and, if valid, arrange for repair or issue a brand new wallpaper product based on the damage within the coverage limit.
Customers can expect a resolution within 7 business days of claim submission.
Policy Limitations:
This insurance is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the wallpaper.
Coverage is valid for one-time use per customer, per purchase.
The maximum payout for any claim under this policy is capped at a maximum wall area i.e. which is dependent upon the policy taken as max. square foot area].
This wall insurance policy only covers material products which are wallpaper and repairing charges are not included under the AMC/Policy done.
Our professional repairing and installation team would only be provided on demand which is separately chargeable.
Amendments and Cancellation: Western Space reserves the right to amend the terms of this policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes in writing. The policy will be automatically void if a refund is issued or cancellation is done for the wallpaper purchase.
