Refund Policy
- We offer 7 days hassle-free returns from the date of delivery if the customer will notify defect in the product within 48 hours of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services at no additional costs or charge.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
- For COD orders, a coupon code will be provided in the span of 7 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address/contact number.
- Please return your product(s) in the same condition with all the bills and tags as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or a refund would not be provided.
- Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
- Payments made with COD option WILL RECEIVE A COUPON CODE WORTH THE SAME AS YOUR ORDER VALUE WHICH IS VALID FOR 1 YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUANCE OF THE COUPON CODE.
- Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable if the products purchased are less than 5000 rupees. Shipping charges are only refundable upto INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) when amount of products purchased exceeds or equal to 5000 rupees.
Processing Time
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on the product, reason for return, and our current processing volume.
Credited Time
Once the refund is processed, it may take 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
Credited time varies depending on your payment method and financial institution. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Complete amount of refund with shipping charges (if any or subject to our policy) will be given only after receiving the products within a period of 3 to 5 business working days.

- Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS
Any items purchased during a Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.
SELF-SHIPPING OF ORDERS FOR RETURNS:
- In case your pincode is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:
- WESTERN SPACE WAREHOUSE – address will be given at the time of self-shipping.
- Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact. Within 48 hours of receiving the product(s), the complete amount + INR 100 (in lieu of courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account in case of prepaid and in the form of coupon code in case of COD.
PLEASE NOTE: We request that you do not use The Professional Couriers for self return as they are not reliable and the package will not be accepted at the warehouse. Please make sure your courier costs do not exceed the amount stipulated above. We recommend using ‘Speed Post’ as your courier service. Speed Post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.
